William Augustus ‘Bill’ Reams, 89, of Vero Beach,, passed away on Nov. 22, 2015, at Consulate Health Care.
He is survived by his daughter, Dorla Randall (Don); a son, Bruce Reams; two grandsons, Aaron Reams (Cassandra) and Matthew Reams; and a great-grandson, Brentley Reams. He is also survived by his beloved dog Pat.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Dorla Maxine.
Reams was a lifetime resident of Vero Beach and worked as a carpenter. He was veteran of the United States Navy serving in World War II. He was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Vero Beach.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home, 1950 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960. A Celebration of life will follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
