Logan Weir Riddell, 25, of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 22, 2015.
He is survived by his son Logan; his parents Gene and Denise of Vero Beach; brother Morgan Riddell of Vero Beach; paternal grandfather Eugene Riddell; maternal grandmothers Phyllis Ament and Wanda Mingle; aunts and uncles Diedra Ament of Mont., Lavonne (John) Holbrook of Calif., Michelle (Jim) Perdue of Calif., Darrell Yost of Pennsylvania, Angie (Pat) Theal, Pam Liebert of Virginia, David Riddell of Pennsylvania, Debra (Daniel) Dehler of Pennsylvania; and 18 cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Harry Ament and great-grandparents, Harry and Sara Riddell.
Riddell was born in Victorville, Calif., to Denise and Gene Riddell and spent the first nine years of his life there. In 1998 he relocated to Montana where he loved motorcycles, snowboarding, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and being outdoors. He also helped his parents operate their family owned restaurant and RV Park.
In 2003 he moved to Vero Beach, graduated Vero Beach High School in 2008, and attended UTI. He worked as a flooring contractor with his father for the last 10 years.
He became an adoring, loving, and proud father in 2010 to Logan Jr., who became the focus of his life. He dedicated himself to raising his son, and Logan Jr. saw his father as his hero.
Visitation will be on Friday, Nov. 27, 2015 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will follow at 5 p.m. An online guestbook may be signed at www.coxgiffordseawinds.com.
