Donna Marie Dorsey, 59, of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 22, 2015, at VNA Hospice House.
She is survived by her daughter Jessica Dorsey and finance, Ashton Shuler of Vero Beach; mother Marie Parisi of Vero Beach; four sisters and three brothers; brother-in-law Edward (Carol) Dorsey of Randolph, N.J. and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Michael in 2000.
Dorsey was born Sept. 7, 1956, in Hoboken, N.J.
She was an executive assistant and office manager at HRA in Vero Beach for the last six years.
Her devoted friends and coworkers were at her side throughout her illness and ensured that “Sparkles” and her daughter were well taken care of. The family would also like to thank HRA for their continued support and benefits provided.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015 at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church.
