Joyce Neuberger, 65, of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 14, 2015, at the St. Frances Manor, a caring and loving community.
She was born in Miami and was the youngest of five children.
Neuberger was a loving, kind caregiver to many in her community.
She was married for 42 years to Charles Neuberger who passed away in 2013. She has eight children and 18 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Crossroads Christian Fellowship, 10205 US 1 Sebastian.
