Marian Corwin Kotte, 87, of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 16, 2015.
She was the wife to the late William Kotte, mother to Susan Kotte Hiller (Ralph) and Richard C. Kotte. She was the grandmother to Robert W. Hiller (Mary Stephany) and the great-grandmother to Mary Kate and Jackson Hiller.
Kotte was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Florida in 1972. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Miami of Ohio University. She was a teacher in the Loveland School District, Ohio for many years.
After moving to Florida, she was a long time teacher in St. Lucie County until her retirement in 1994.
She was a member of the Orchid Societies in St. Lucie and Indian River Counties for many years volunteering her services to help with the organization of Orchid Shows in both counties.
There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Humane Society of Indian River County, 6230 77th St, Vero Beach.
