INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Fire Rescue is responding to a two vehicle crash with injuries at the Applebee’s on State Road 60.
One vehicle had it’s airbag deployed, according to dispatch. Florida Highway Patrol is being called to investigate the crash. Two are being transported to local hospitals.
