INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.) has alerted the community to a new sexual offender.
Jeremy Neff, 33, is listed as a transient living behind the Sonny’s on State Road 60 in Vero Beach, according to authorities.
