INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Authorities have alerted the community to a new registered sexual offender.
Tommy Dawsey, 45, lives at 2290 10th Rd. SW, Vero Beach, according to Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.).
