Sebastian Clambake is scheduled for Nov. 6-8

SEBASTIAN — The Sebastian Clambake Foundation has given back to the community for more than a decade, and this year is no different. The Sebastian Clambake Lagoon Festival is scheduled for Nov. 6, 7 and 8 at Riverview Park, on US 1 in Sebastian.

This year’s slogan is “All Clams on Deck,” created by Bill Cala from Port St Lucie. Sebastian artist Lisanne Robinson designed the official Clambake t-shirts.

To date, the Clambake Foundation has granted more than $500,000 to Sebastian area charities. This year there are three organizations that will benefit from the event: the American Legion Post 189, for capital improvements; Sebastian Elks Club, for their outdoor pavilion project; and Sebastian River High School Crew for their boathouse project.

Along with nearly 100 vendors, there will be a free kids zone, live entertainment, fresh seafood and landlubber goodies, as well as soft refreshments. Drinks include Miller, Miller Light, Yuengling, Yuengling Light, and fine craft beers from the Miami Brewing Company. Also featured is ‘Not Your Father’s Root Beer” from Small Town Brewery.
