Elizabeth Greaney, 80, of Vero Beach, passed away on Oct. 20, 2015.
She was the beloved wife of the late Leo J. Greaney, and devoted mother of Leo J. Greaney Jr., Francis P. Greaney (Catherine), Mary E. O’Sullivan (Dr. Robert) and Margaret A. Pettipaw (Stephen). She was the dear sister of Roseanne Callahan (Richard), Connie Berard, Margie Gilman and Jim McGregor (June), and loving grandmother of Bridget and Danny Greaney, Erin and Keira O’Sullivan, and Carly and Ryan Pettipaw.
Greaney was an active member of the Grand Harbor Community Outreach Program, where through volunteer activities and fundraising the program provides support to those in need in Indian River County. She had a long history of volunteer work, fundraising and financial support for the South Jersey Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). She was a long-time member of the Mt. Laurel Garden Club, serving on the Board in various positions during her more than three decades with the club.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Sunday Oct. 25 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt.73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, N.J. and on Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the Catholic Church of St. Mary, 2001 Springdale Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Interment at Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, N.J.
