INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Veterans Council of Indian River County, American Legion Post 181 and Vietnam Veterans of Indian River County will host a Veterans and Family Picnic on Saturday, Oct. 17, at Gifford Park.
There will be free hotdogs, hamburgers, sodas and all the trimmings for veterans and their families who attend.
An afternoon of fun has been planned with a bounce house, swimming pool, tennis, horseshoes, basketball, a korn hole contest and prize drawing every hour.
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chair. The park is located at 43rd Avenue and 48th Place, Vero Beach.
Join the Veterans groups for an afternoon of fun while supporting veterans and families.
