VERO BEACH — A sexual offender has moved.

Michael Martinez, 40, a sexual offender, has moved to 7835 99th Ct., according to an alert sent out by Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.).
