Chamber presents customer service workshop Oct. 15

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — In a 2011survey by American Express it was learned that three in five Americans (59 percent) would try a new brand or company for a better service experience.

A customer service experience can make or break future relationships with clients and customers.

The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring Tony Rubleski, President of Mind Capture Group, for a presentation on “Exceptional Mind Capture Customer Service.”

Rubleski helps businesses, sales professionals and entrepreneurs move beyond ordinary marketing, to a higher level of bonding with clients. He has more than 10 years of experience in the direct selling and advertising fields. His book “Mind Capture: How to Generate New & Repeat Business in the Age of Advertising Overload” has been featured in The Detroit Free Press and the FOX Television news network.

This two hour workshop will focus on: The Key Characteristics of today’s customer; Five simple, yet highly effective, ways to improve your own customer service; Good and bad customer service examples and the powerful lessons they leave; Proven and effective ways to stay in touch with your best clients; Why it takes years to earn trust and business and only seconds to lose it; And the number one sin you must avoid in your marketing that directly impacts the customer experience.

The workshop is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015 from 9 to 11 a.m. and will be held at the Courthouse Executive Office Center located at 2145 14th Avenue in Vero Beach.

Cost of this workshop is $35 per person and a reservation is required. Call the Chamber office at (772) 567-3491 to guarantee your place.
