HR Dynamics appoints new President

VERO BEACH — Donna Leemon has been appointed President of HR Dynamics, a staffing, recruiting and HR consulting firm in Vero Beach, effective Sept. 1. David S. Johnson, the former Founder and President, will move to an advisory role as Chairman.

Founded in 2009, HR Dynamics is a non-franchised staffing and recruiting company specializing in placing experienced administrative, skilled technical, manufacturing and management level personnel. The majority of their clients are businesses and nonprofits in Indian River County.

Leemon, a native of New Jersey, moved to Vero Beach and joined HR Dynamics in 2011. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her expertise is working closely with small and mid-size local businesses to create and implement Human Resources programs for compliance, training, payroll, and more efficient methods to recruit new employees.

An active leader in many community and professional associations, Leemon is Treasurer of both the Exchange Club of the Treasure Coast and the Treasure Coast HR Association. Additionally, she is a volunteer on the Executive Committee of the American Cancer Society and an Ambassador with the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, receiving the Chamber’s “Volunteer of the Year Award” in 2014.
