Paul Spurgeon MacLeod, 81, of Vero Beach, passed away on Sept. 5, 2015.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years Nancy; his three sons and one daughter, Mark, Scott, Craig, Susan, and their spouses, Rene, Paulette, Teresa and Randy; his contagious joy will be missed by his grandchildren Steven, Lauren, Sarah, Nicole, Megan, Emily, Ross, Courtney, Mackenzie and great-granddaughter Bailey; as well by his sister-in-law Virginia, and nieces and nephews, David, Anne, Michael, Mary Alice and Denny, Ronny and Jimmy.
MacLeod was born May 23, 1934 to Ralph and Mildred MacLeod in Augusta, Maine. On May 11, 1957, he married Nancy Gilinson. He lived his life to the fullest and to the very end. He loved his family and friends, was loved in return and always found laughter and fun in all things.
A time of gathering will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, from 12:30 to 1 p.m., immediately followed by a celebration of life service to begin at 1 p.m., at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory in Vero Beach Florida (address: 1950 20 St.).
