Marilynn H. Goodale, 81, of Vero Beach, passed away peacefully at home on May 20, 2015.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Raymond B. Goodale of Mashpee, Mass., her daughters Linda Goodale of Warwick, R.I., Holly Goodale and her partner Susan Bisaillon of Hyde Park, Mass.; nieces Melanie and Ruth Anne; her nephews Ed and Bob; four grandsons; two great-grandchildren; several cousins and many caring friends.
She was predeceased by her sister Elaine Norman, her grandson and several cousins.
Born in Lexington, Mass., daughter of the late James and Grace Hamilton, she was a graduate of Bancroft High School in Worcester, Mass., and Bradford Jr. College in Haverhill, Mass. After graduating, she worked for Fuller Brush in Connecticut before moving to Westboro, Mass.
Goodale enjoyed sailing, cooking, camping, gardening, and cross country skiing. She enjoyed wintering at her home in Vero Beach and summering at her home in Mashpee. She lived life one day at a time.
Friends are invited to join the family for a celebration of Marilynn’s life on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Falmouth located at 840 Sandwich Road, East Falmouth, MA, 02536.
