James A. Masteran, of Sebastian, passed away peacefully on Sept. 7, 2015, at Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He is survived by daughter Michelle Melka; son Anthony Masteran; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
