INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Recreation Department is proud to announce that the Special Olympics of Florida State Aquatic Championships are coming to the North County Aquatic Center in Sebastian. This event will take place Oct. 3-4.
The Recreation Department is in need of volunteers with time, energy and enthusiasm to be a part of this grand event. Volunteering for Special Events can create lifelong friendships and rewards of immeasurable value.
There are volunteer opportunities for people with various interests, talents, backgrounds and availability.
