Shirley M. Keen, 66, of Vero Beach, passed away on Aug. 20, 2015, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She is survived by her husband Tony F. Keen of Vero Beach; stepdaughter Felcia Forrest of Arabi, Ga.; stepgrandchildren Sarah, Trace and Landon of Arabi; sister Janet Bass of Bell, Fla.; and brother Jack Purvis of Vero Beach
She was preceded in death by her parents Lena May Bell Purvis and Leonard Marion Purvis; sisters Polly Roberts and Alma Baker; and brothers Willy Purvis and Wilber Gene Purvis.
A lifelong resident of Vero Beach, Keen was a member of Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed many different craft activities and painting.
A memorial service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Vero Beach at a later date.
