INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — An elderly woman contacted police when she saw her neighbor standing outside, masturbating in plain view, according to an arrest report.
Zachary Martire, 21, of the 3100 block of 3rd Place in Vero Beach now faces charges including two counts exposure of sexual organs and one count lewd lascivious act on an elderly person.
Other neighbors also witnessed the incident, the arrest report states.
Martire is being held in the Indian River County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
