INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Eminence Hair Design is thanking all firefighters, EMTs and police of Indian River County by providing free first-time haircuts as a way to honor them for their daily sacrifice. The campaign began during May 2015’s Police Week and International Firefighter’s Day.
With Sept. 11 very near, Eminence Hair Design wants to spread awareness to the community about the daily sacrifice being made by our heroes that are so often overlooked.
