Charles Andrew Schmidt, 59, of Vero Beach, passed away on Aug. 10, 2015.
He is survived by his wife Penny Schmidt; daughters Niki Moore, Shelly Schmidt and Heather Johnson; step-daughter Teresa Winchester; in-laws Dan and Sheila Becker; brothers and sisters, Cheryl Cooper, Janet Cobb, Jill Kimbrough, Richard Schmidt, Judy Moore, and Tommy Schmidt; eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Charles J. Schmidt and Judy Morgan.
Schmidt was born in West Palm Beach and in 1969 moved to Vero Beach with his family. His love for the beach and fishing kept him close to the coast. He will be remembered by family and friends as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
