Patrick ‘Mike’ Michael Reily, 63, of Vero Beach, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2015, after a very brief and intensely fearless battle with cancer.
He is survived by his father James Reily Sr.; brothers James Reily Jr. and Brian Reily; daughter Rachel Butler; son Michael Reily; three granddaughters and his companion Robin Reese.
He was preceded in death by his mother Clare Reily and his wife of 34 years Marla Reily.
Born in Philadelphia, Penn., on Dec. 26, 1951, Reily had been a resident of Vero Beach since his retirement at age 49. Prior to moving to Florida, he and his wife resided in Yardley, Penn. A graduate of Penn State University, he was an avid golfer, a passionate fisherman and a “sucker for dogs.”
His contagious smile and zest for living life to the fullest will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Waldo’s Restaurant (3150 Ocean Drive, Vero Beach 32963) on Aug. 11 at 5 p.m.
