Sylvia Galanto, 86, of Vero Beach, passed away on June 22, 2015.
She is survived by her two sons, Wayne and James; daughter Nancy; grandchildren Shelly, Nicholas, Brianna, Nicco, Jason and Jodi.
She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas Anthony Galanto.
Galanto was born on March 12, 1929, in New Brunswick, Canada and was a resident of Vero Beach for 31 years coming from Middleboro, Mass. She worked for Freidmans Jewlers, Sunroom Decorator Consignments and Beach House Thrift and Treasure.
She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
Donations may be made to the Nicco Galanto Future Education Fund, Seacoast National Bank.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2015 at 12 p.m. at St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach. An online guestbook may be signed at www.lowtherfuneralhome.com.
