INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Kids can get physical exercise this summer without having to stay in the heat. Skate Factory has a way to beat the heat and stay fit with free skating. For the fourth year, Skate Factory is teaming up with the Kids Skate Free program which offers free skating for kids ages 12 and under.
Parents will be emailed passes every Monday morning from Kids Skate Free in order to take advantage of the free skating times at the Skate Factory. Times are subject to change, so check the days and times on the free passes.
To register to receive the free passes, simply visit www.kidsskatefree.com and select Skate Factory from Florida’s list of participating skating centers. Skaters are encouraged to bring their own skates; however skate rental is available for $3.
