INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The woman that was discovered dead in the woods at the southeast corner of Roseland Blvd. and US 1 Monday has been identified.
Nicole Dawn Beavers, 34, is the name of the woman found dead, according to Indian River County Sheriff’s Spokesman Sgt. Eric Flowers.
The woman was believed to be homeless, according to authorities.
The call came in around 9 a.m. Monday. Drugs and or alcohol may have been contributing factors, authorities are waiting on a toxicology report.
