Ethel Weber, of Vero Beach, passed away on April 19, 2015, at the Hospice House.
She passed peacefully from this world to be with her Lord.
Weber was strong and courageous as she persevered through months of physical adversity. She was born and raised in New Jersey, the daughter of William and Emily Last. She was a graduate of Trenton State Teachers College and Columbia University.
She married William Weber and together they raised five children. After a teaching career in Ridgewood, N.J., they retired to Vero Beach. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach, and was active in the Vero Beach Bridge Club until 2014.
A memorial service will be held on May 23rd at 10 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ethel’s memory can be sent to Habitat for Humanity.
