Nevora Carr Goding, 85, of Vero Beach, passed away on April 10, 2015.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, James A. Goding; her children James Goding Jr. of Vero Beach, Kathleen Grilli of Cranston, Nancy Leonard of Cranston, Raymond Goding of Pawtucket, Daniel Goding Sr. of Savannah, Ga., Sandi Goding of Vero Beach; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Born in New Shoreham, R.I., she was the daughter of the late Milton and Iantha (Ball) Carr. As a graduate of Central High School she later worked as a jewelry designer. Goding lived in Cranston for many years before moving to Vero Beach 25 years ago.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, April 18, at 10 a.m. in The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, R.I. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the VNA of the Treasure Coast 1110 35th Lane #1 Vero Beach, FL 32960 would be appreciated.
