Joanne Crist Faulkner, of Vero Beach, passed away on April 14, 2015, at Indian River Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband Ronald R. Faulkner of Vero Beach; son Daniel (Jennifer) Faulkner of Roanoke, Va.; granddaughter Allison and Caroline Faulkner of Roanoke, Va.; five brothers and three sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jewel K. and Charles Crist both of Martinsville, Va.
Faulkner was a gentle, sweet natured, giving woman who was also an avid Barbie Doll collector.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 3375 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 in Joanne’s name.
The family will receive friends at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach on Saturday and Sunday, April 18 and 19, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
A Life Celebration service for Joanne will begin at 11a.m., Monday, April 20, 2015 at the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Vero Beach.
Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
