Alberta Clark Schober, Vero Beach

Alberta Clark Schober, of Vero Beach, passed away on Feb. 1, 2015.

She is survived by her daughter Bette Walsh of Vero Beach and son John (Barbara) Hendrickson of Howell Twp, N.J.; grandsons John of San Francisco, Calif., and Erik of Howell; nephew Don (Valerie) Wagner of New York City; stepchildren Brian Schober of New York City, and Bonnie (Steve) Cohen of Stuart; and step-grandsons Alex and Jared Cohen and families.

She was predeceased by her husband Max Schober of Vero Beach and sister Jean Wagner of Nutley, N.J.

Schober was born at Newark, N.J., the daughter of Franklin and Gertrude Clark. A faithful member of First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach, Schober sang in the choir and served as Deacon. She was also a member of DAR and a sponsor for Save the Children and World Vision.

A celebration of Alberta’s life will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 520 Royal Palm Blvd, Vero Beach, 32960, on April 18 at 11 a.m. Please wear colors. In lieu of flowers, a contribution to First Presbyterian Church in Alberta’s memory would be appreciated.
