Youth Sailing Foundation introduces three new board members

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Youth Sailing Foundation is delighted to introduce its three newest board members Phillip Barth (Phil), John Berrigan (Jack), and Allison Schlitt (Ali). These members are a welcome addition to the Youth Sailing Foundation of Indian River County whose mission is to provide Indian River County with educational, recreational and competitive sailing programs for all ages in a fun and safe environment. In particular, the Foundation offers free sailing lessons to those ages 8 to 15.

Phil Barth, who owns Barth Construction, Inc., is a native of Vero Beach. He has been active in the community for many years including time with the Planning and Zoning Board as well as being on the Board of ARC. He is also a member of the Exchange Club of Indian River County.

Jack Berrigan is a former U.S. Marine Reserve and U.S. Army Regular and Reserve Serviceman. He ran a $25 million dollar computer consulting company and has spent many years supporting his community by being active on the Indian River County Boards relating to the ocean and lagoon as well as the Vero Beach Sunrise Rotary Club.

Finally, Ali Schlitt, is a partner at Offutt Barton Schlitt, LLC. With more than eight years of public accounting services, she has been involved in providing tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of companies both public and private.
