Robert M. Napier, 89, of Vero Beach, passed away on March 23, 2015.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Doris Watson Napier; one son, Bruce Napier (Judith); three daughters, Jill (David) MacAfee, Lynn (Randy) Goodman, and Catherine (Rick) Tussing; and six grandchildren.
Napier served in the United States Navy on a mine sweeper during World War II. He worked as the director of engineering in the Natural Gas Industry. He was an elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach. He enjoyed singing with various choirs, flying, playing golf, boating, fishing, traveling and reading. He was a member of Delta Sigma Phi and the Masonic Lodge. Napier graduated from Ohio Northern University after attending Penn State and Muskingum College in Ohio.
