The Hibiscus Children’s Center’s second annual Dash in the Sand 5K drew families and runners of all ages last Saturday morning.
A gorgeous sunrise welcomed participants who dashed along the water’s edge at South Beach Park.
Proceeds benefit the abused, abandoned and neglected youth who have found a safe haven at the Hibiscus Children’s Village, where they receive life skills and career training and mental health counseling.
