Todd Billman, 47, of Vero Beach, passed away on March 12, 2015, at the Indian River Medical Center.
He is survived by his mother Kay and daughter Rebecca Billman both of Vero Beach; and sister Beth Dombroski and nieces Sarah and Bridget Dombroski of Glastonbury, Conn.
He was preceded in death by his father Marc Billman, maternal grandfather Marion Shuman, maternal grandmother Mary Douglass, and paternal grandparents Carl and Gladys Billman.
Billman was born July 20, 1967 in Logansport, Ind., to Marc and Kay Billman.
