G. Keith “Buckshot” Seaman, 69, of Sebastian, passed away on March 3, 2015, at Sebastian River Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife Miriam (Mimi) Seaman; his children Keith (Kym) Seaman of Savannah, Ga., Barbara Seaman and Sean Seaman, both of Key West; four grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; seven nieces and nephews; four sisters in-law and three brothers in-law and numerous cousins.
He is predeceased by his parents George and Barbara Seaman and his brother F. Dennis Seaman.
Seaman lived most of his life in Cape May Court House, N.J. and then retired to Key West and Sebastian.
During his lifetime, Seaman was an avid sportsman and was fortunate to pursue his hunting and fishing passions. He enjoyed and was extremely proud of his military service and felt his time in the Navy allowed him to “see the world.” He was a life member of VFW Post 6257 in Belleplain, N.J., a member of the Cape May-Hatteras Anglers and a Past-Commodore of the Avalon Yacht Club, just to name a few of his affiliations.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date with interment in First Baptist Cemetery, Cape May Court House, N.J.
