INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office presented a $40,000 check to the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches program during its 21st annual Youth Ranches Barbecue.
The event was held Wednesday on the Sheriff’s Office campus and featured not only mouth-watering barbecue, but also demonstrations by the K-9 and SWAT teams as well as tours of the county jail and the 9-1-1 dispatch center.
