Brian Walter Gilbert, 60, of Vero Beach and DeLand, passed away on Feb. 24, 2015, at Florida Hospital DeLand.
He is survived by his wife Gloria; mother Anna Gilbert; sons Matthew Gilbert, Andrew Gilbert, Christopher Gilbert and David Brunelle; sister Ruth Ann Showerman; and two grandchildren.
Gilbert was born in Pontiac, Mich., on Jan. 22, 1955. He was a loving husband, father and son, and a restaurant owner. He will be greatly missed. He was an avid boater and loved to ski.
