Gloria J. Smith, 73, of Vero Beach, passed away on Feb. 19, 2015, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She is survived by her husband Dale Smith; daughter Jante Bartholomew; son J.V. Smith; sisters Lois, Kathy, Judy, and Mary Jane; brothers Donald, Gerald, James, David, Thomas and Glen; two grandchildren, Emerald Ameho, Blake Bartholomew; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother Sophia and father Rupert Dettlaff; brother Robert; sisters Dorothy, Jean, Pat, Marlyn and Ruth (Sister Merryn).
Smith was born in Oshkosh, Wis., on Aug. 31, 1941.
