INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The cold weather shelter will be open Wednesday night, according to the Indian River County Department of Emergency Services.
The shelter is located at The Source, a local Christian outreach ministry for the homeless and needy. It is located at 1015 Commerce Ave., in Vero Beach.
Guests should plan to arrive before 9 p.m. and are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
Donations would be sincerely appreciated. In addition to monetary donations, the facility is currently in need of pillows and food, snacks, and hot beverage items for shelter preparation.
