Babbie Mason comes to First united Methodist Church Feb. 21

VERO BEACH — Popular Christian singer/songwriter/speaker, Babbie Mason will be featured at First United Methodist Church on Saturday, Feb. 21. The church will hold its fourth annual non-denominational all-women’s event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. that day.

Mason will present the program, “Embraced By God” – A worship celebration for women, a concert with a purpose. At every Embrace concert, women experience beautiful worship music, God-honoring testimonies, the fellowship of Christian women, and a huge dose of encouragement.

Mason has performed at Billy Graham Crusades and has shared the platform with presidents Carter, Ford and Bush as well as First Lady Barbara Bush to name just a few. She is a favorite guest at women’s conferences, and among her many nominations for Dove and Grammy awards she has two Dove Awards and has been inducted into the Christian Music Hall of Fame. In addition to her own recordings, her music has been recorded by such Christian artists as CeCe Winans, Larnelle Harris, Steve Green and the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir. She can be found online both on YouTube and www.babbie.com.
