Sheriff’s Office looking for suspect in bank robbery

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a bank robbery at the Wells Fargo at State Road 60 and 58th Avenue, according to authorities.

The Wells Fargo bank is now open for business.

The suspect is descried as a white male of medium build, standing 6 feet tall and wearing a royal blue sweatshirt and blue pants.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the suspect was last seen running on foot east across 58th Avenue. Indian River County Sheriff’s Office helicopter and canines are currently on scene searching.
