INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A police investigation led authorities to the home of an Indian River County man who shared child pornography files on an Internet file sharing network, according to authorities.
Kenneth Darby Cushman II, 31, of the 100th block of 12th Street SE, in Vero Beach now faces charges of 72 counts possession with intent to promote child pornography.
According to the police report, most of the children depicted in the files ranged between 8 and 14 years old.
Cushman is being held at the Indian River County jail in lieu of $180,000.
