VERO BEACH — Oculina Bank welcomed Lisa Jensen as its new regional retail sales manager, a position in which she oversees all aspects of the retail banking division. In her new role, Jensen is responsible for training and developing the retail team, ensuring service levels are consistent across all eight branches and developing new business opportunities in the Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties.
Jensen joined Oculina Bank with more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Her most recent role was as director of marketing at Dominion Investment Group where she oversaw all internal and external marketing communications. Prior, she was the Vice President, field marketing manager, at TD Bank where she managed all marketing initiatives in a seven county area.
Jensen first gained experience in the banking industry with Riverside National Bank of Florida where she worked for more than 16 years and gained experience in nearly every department. She first started as the Microsoft Instructor, then joined the human resources team, and eventually filled several different roles on the executive administration team including Vice President of Public Relations & Communications.
Not only is Jensen a dynamic and talented professional, she also enjoys giving back to her community. Jensen has lived in St. Lucie County for more than 20 years. She is a Board Associate for the Ocean Research & Conservation Association (ORCA), and she is a recent graduate of St. Lucie Leadership 32, a St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce leadership program where she continued growing her excellent leadership skills and was voted class valedictorian by her peers.
