Garden Club presents ‘Gardenfest!’ Jan. 31, Feb. 1

VERO BEACH — Natures Finest Marketplace, “Gardenfest!” is the first arrival sign of spring in Vero Beach. Look for this annual event at Riverside Park, Saturday, Jan. 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 1, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event is a wonderful gardener’s paradise presented to the community by the Garden Club of Indian River County. Eighty vendors will bring the most beautiful flowering plants of unusual varieties, gorgeous ferns, herbs, bromeliads, orchids, palm trees, banana plants, violets, and many more that will temp attendees’ gardening skills. Vendors are by invitation only.

To round out the gardening event will be displays of lighting, furniture, outdoor entertaining space, bird houses, and all the unusual garden art to create an area of paradise. New this year is Vero’s very own 14 Bones Barbecue providing event goers with delectable delights.
