Ruth Shipley, 78, of Sebastian, passed away on Dec. 26, 2014.
She is survived by her sons Kenneth E. Shipley Jr., Clarence L. Shipley and Thomas E. Shipley; daughters Mable L. Mendez and Gwendolyn M. Mahon; 22 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild; nieces Cheryl Primeau and Lisa Shaffer who will also miss her.
She is preceded in death by her parents Everett and Lucile Neville.
Shipley worked for Evergreen Air Center for 16 years doing all of the interior upholstery for airplanes.
When she retired there was a road and her shop named after her.
Shipley was not only loved by her family, but by her church family at Friendship Christian Community.
