INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The now-former school bus driver who turned herself into authorities for having sex with a minor had a tryst with the teen behind the Burger King at County Roads 510 and 512, according to records released by the Sheriff’s Office.
The woman, identified as 38-year-old Shauna Miratsky, was a substitute Indian River County School’s bus driver. She currently faces a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, according to the warrant affidavit.
The victim is only identified as a 17-year-old male.
Miratsky’s husband found out about his wife’s alleged activity after posing as her and talking to the victim through Facebook, according to the warrant affidavit provided by the Sheriff’s Office.
Miratsky met her victim at the end of last school year. They sometimes met at George Street Park in Sebastian where they talked and kissed, the affidavit states.
They met again in the area behind the Burger King located at 9100 Sebastian Blvd. where they had sex, according to authorities.
