VERO BEACH — A boating safety course is being offered by the Vero Beach Power Squadron (VBPS) on Dec. 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Learn about navigation rules, boat handling, trailering and lifesaving equipment.
Boaters born after Jan. 1, 1988, can get an operator’s license. Many insurance companies offer discounts to those with a boating course.
