Nancy Walker, 62, of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 19, 2014, at the VNA Hospice House.
She is survived by her son, Nathan Walker; father L.D. “Bud” Ingersoll; brother Eddie Ingersoll of Gainesville; and sisters Shawn Owens and Kelly Ingersoll of Fort Pierce.
She was predeceased by her mother Rita Ingersoll and husband, James (Jimmy) Walker.
She was born Aug. 29, 1952, in Vero Beach.
Walker was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, Vero Beach. She was a graduate of Vero Beach High School and IRCC.
She worked as a CNA for Palm Gardens Nursing, Vero Beach and for many years at the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
At the request of the family a memorial service will be held at a later date at the First Nazarene Church, Vero Beach.
