FELLSMERE — There will be no change in the leadership on the Fellsmere City Council, Council members decided Thursday night.
Council members Joel Tyson, Fernando Herrera and Jessica Salgado were sworn in after they ran unopposed in the General Election.
Tyson nominated Councilwoman Susan Adams to the post of Mayor, a post she has held for the last several years.
Herrera nominated Tyson for Vice Mayor, also a post held for a number of years.
Tyson also nominated Herrera to serve as Mayor Pro Tem, a position he has held for several years.
No other nominations were made and all three votes were unanimous.
