Barbara Ann Bonnah, 79, of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 17, 2014, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Harrie William Bonnah, II (Suzy) and their sons Ian and Andrew Bonnah of Grand Rapids, Mich.; her daughter and son-in-law Stacy Bonnah DeMoss (Trent) of Mechanicsville, Md.; and her “adopted” daughter Dawn (Dunlap) McDonnell of Hackettstown, N.J.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years Harrie Bonnah.
She was born in Detroit, Mich., and moved to Vero Beach in August 1982 coming from Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich.
Bonnah is a graduate of Grosse Point South High School in Grosse Point, Mich. and was clerk for the Indian River County Board of Commissioners before her retirement.
She was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach, the Sebastian Art Club, Vero Beach Art Club and the ABWA.

The family will receive friends 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, at the Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach. A Prayer Service will begin at 1:30 p.m. with interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce.
